Responsible for architectural and interior design project coordination.

  • Create data records of project details, movements, submittals and payables.

  • Log expense reports and office inventory

  • Schedule and prepare meetings, job site visits, demos and other events

  • Prepare government requirements and forms.

  • Coordinate with engineering contractors and material suppliers.

  • Prepare and mobilize deliverables on time

  • Request for, collect, compile and submit supplier quotations

  • Answer phone and email correspondences on behalf of Architects/ Designers

Office Coordination

  • Ensure that all office supplies and necessities are available and on hand

  • Create and Maintain a systematic file of projects

  • Assist the Head of Production through any means necessary.

  • Facilitate bank transactions and payments.


A graduate of any course

Highly proficient in MS office

With an ability to create an efficient documentation system from the ground, up.

Excellent Organizational Skills



Fast Learner, even faster worker

Adaptable and Quick to action



Good Written and Spoken English Communication skills

Admin experience is a plus

Background in accounting and interest in Visual Design a plus.

Willing to work and be trained for administrative manager position.

Can work under minimal supervision.
